Project 365...Training Day
This is a photo of myself & DC. AKA "The Godfather".
We had just come back from a 10.6km run in the sun.
Hopefully today was the first day of Spring! You can't beat the feeling after a good hard run in the sun.
Still no bike shoes so not cycling yet.

On a separate note, new Weight Watchers, eat more lose more weight. What's that about? Smells like BS to me.

Project 365....Day 3
Below is a picture of Murphy.
We found Murphy in March '09. He was in a bad way when we found him (or he found us!). He was the most raggedy sorry looking dog you ever saw, he'd not long left on this earth.
When we got him home we spent countless hours getting him right, cleaning him & feeding him. Between vets fees, surgeons fees, food and shots etc it is safe to say we've spent well over €1,000 on him.
In return Murphy has shat on the kitchen floor countless times, eaten socks, towels, coats (1 worth €250), bed clothes, baby clothes, underwear, coal........basically everything. Today he broke a barely 1 month old digital camera that was pretty expensive.
Between what we have spent on him & what he has cost us in damaged goods I estimate that Murphy owes us about €2,500.
Why do we keep him around you ask.....
